So.. today I discovered a good coping skill for urges.. I colored with so much force.. like I pressed so hard to draw my pics.. I took all my anxiety out through the oil pastel instead of my arm.. what have you used that helps? i need more coping skills

You could blast music really loud, or find some game on the computer to play that involves moving fast paced.

Writing is really helpful if you have any interest in that! Any thing that is distracting works too. Try calling a friend and talking about their problems or painting.

I carve stuff like words pics w.e into wood until my hand cramps up it really helps me.

I find that playing guitar helps a lot, both the repetitive motions and the music. Also playing distracting games, like solitaire or something.

I swear very loudly, put music on full blast and organise and clean my flat.

Meditation helped alot for me. sounds corn ball. But it worked. Also helped immensley in controling my anxiety.

Writing is pretty fantastic as it organizes my mind or distracts me. Music is good, although it can make it worse if you listen to music that relates to your situation, and makes you think more about it.
Or you could get out old school pictures of your class and mark or carve out the faces of people you don't like! Not that I've ever done that.....
