Hi, I'm new to Safe Haven

I came here to aid my recovery from SI. currently I'm only 4 days without self harming and I hope to keep it up. Not cutting is really really hard for me (and I'm sure it's the same way for everyone else) aspecially since I seem to be going through a bit of a 'depressive episode' at the moment or whatever you would like to call it.

Occasionally I talk about SI and other mental health issues on other websites.
I am going to school full time and currently looking for work so that I can live on my own.

I strongly suspect that I have some kind of social anxiety issues which have driven me to SI many times in the past.

Some day I hope to be happy and SI free but for now I am just focusing on getting through the evening.
